The project covers a total site area of 33,516.23 square meters (approximately 50.2 mu), with a total floor area of 72,208.03 square meters and a floor area ratio of 2.01.The construction scope includes four four-story factory buildings (with a minimum spacing of 13 meters between buildings), one ten-story office building, a power distribution room, and a basement, as well as supporting infrastructure such as site roads, water, electricity, and gas utility networks, landscaping, retaining walls, fire protection facilities, and parking spaces. (1) Large-scale Factory Buildings The factory buildings consist of two four-story reinforced concrete frame structures with a total gross floor area of 25,154.42 square meters.Each factory building measures 68.6 meters in length and 46 meters in width, with a floor area of approximately 3,127 square meters per level. The first-floor ceiling height is 8.0 meters (internal clear height: 6.5 meters), while the second through fourth floors have a ceiling height of 7.2 meters (internal clear height: 5.7 meters). The live load is 1 ton per square meter, elevator load capacity is 2–3 tons, and the spacing between internal load-bearing columns is 7.5 meters.The first floor of the factory building is equipped with an electric hoist crane beam with a load capacity of 5 tons. (2) Medium-sized Factory Buildings The factory buildings consist of two four-story reinforced concrete frame structures with a total floor area of 34,648.97 square meters. Each building measures 79.6 meters in length and 64.6 meters in width, with a floor area of approximately 4,358 square meters per level.The first floor has a height of 8.0 meters (internal clear height of 6.5 meters), while floors 2–4 have a height of 7.2 meters (internal clear height of 5.7 meters). The live load is 1 ton per square meter, the elevator load capacity is 2–3 tons, and the internal load-bearing column spacing is 9.0 meters horizontally and 8.4 meters vertically. The first floor of the factory building is equipped with electric hoist crane beams, with a load capacity of 5 tons.
