There are 11 steel-structured industrial buildings with a total floor area of 121,000 square meters. The 3,000-square-meter building measures 100 meters in length, 30 meters in width, and 8 meters in height; the 4,000-square-meter building consists of a 100-meter-long, 30-meter-wide, 8-meter-high section and a 33-meter-long, 30-meter-wide, 6-meter-high section. The minimum negotiable rental rate for these facilities is 7.5 yuan per square meter per month.

Industrial electricity rates follow the unified tariff schedule of the Production and Construction Corps: 0.4521 yuan/kWh for 1-10 kV; 0.3691 yuan/kWh for 35 kV; 0.3538 yuan/kWh for 110 kV; and 0.3359 yuan/kWh for 220 kV.2. Industrial water rates: Water supply rates are based on local market prices, set at 4.5 yuan per cubic meter (including sewage treatment fees). 3. Industrial steam rates: Set at 125 yuan per steam ton. 4. Industrial heating rates: Set at 25.47 yuan per square meter.
