The site covers an area of 53.1 mu and will feature 61,267.61 square meters of factory buildings and public supporting facilities. The project comprises a total of 12 factory buildings. Building 1 is a five-story structure with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters on the first and second floors and 3.9 meters on the third through fifth floors;Factory Building No. 2 is a nine-story structure comprising a research and development building (floors 1–2 with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters and floors 3–6 with a ceiling height of 3.9 meters), an office building (floors 4–6 with a ceiling height of 3.9 meters), and a shift dormitory building (floors 7–9 with a ceiling height of 3.9 meters); Factory Buildings No. 3 and No. 4 are both five-story structures, with a ceiling height of 4.5 meters on the first floor and 3.9 meters on floors 2–5;Buildings 5–9 are all three stories tall, with a ceiling height of 3.9 meters on the first floor and 3.6 meters on the second and third floors; Buildings 10–12 are all three stories tall, with a ceiling height of 3.9 meters on the first floor and 3.6 meters on the second and third floors.
