1. Project Overview

The project is located on Tuanjie Road, covering an area of approximately 91 mu. Phase I has a gross floor area of approximately 68,900.59 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 1.27, a building density of 38%, and a green space ratio of 6.6%. The planned facilities include 7 four-story concrete frame industrial buildings and 2 single-story portal frame steel structures (with partial three-story sections). The project is positioned to serve as a high-end equipment manufacturing base, driving industrial development in the surrounding areas.

2. Target Industries

The project focuses on strategic emerging industries such as smart manufacturing and high-end equipment. It has applied for the Qingdao Small Enterprise Industrial Park Cultivation Program and will serve sectors including automotive parts, white goods, design and R&D, production and manufacturing, assembly, and inspection and testing.

3. Floor Plan Overview

Buildings 1–4 each feature two 2-ton freight elevators and one passenger elevator; Buildings 5–8 each feature one 2-ton freight elevator and one passenger elevator. Passenger and freight traffic are separated, and each floor includes a reserved equipment platform. The first floor has a ceiling height of 7.2 meters with a floor load capacity of 8 tons/m², while floors above the second level have a ceiling height of 4.2 meters with a floor load capacity of 500 kg/m².
