Jiutian Hoyu Industrial Park IntroductionBaoji Jiutian Hoyu Free Trade Zone Industrial Park, located at No.617 Gaoxin Avenue, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, is situated on the west side of Baosi Road and the south side of Beipu Guan Road, and covers an area of 26,935.6 square meters. The park has planned 4 modernized steel-structured factories. At present, the construction of the park is divided into two phases, and the first phase was successfully completed in May 2023, including the construction and acceptance of the monolithic construction of No. 1 and No. 4 plants, as well as the improvement of the fire fighting pools, fences, roads, and public utilities. The construction of supporting facilities in Jiu Tian Hao Yu Industrial Park has been completed, and the public areas of the park have realized 24-hour surveillance coverage and are equipped with street lighting. The gate of the park adopts the design of human-vehicle diversion, equipped with vehicle identification and face recognition system rainwater and sewage sub-systems access to municipal pipelines, the two plants have successfully passed the acceptance of the Baoji Municipal Bureau of Housing and Construction and obtained property certificates, which provides a guarantee for the renting enterprises to handle the subsequent approvals.1#Plant IntroductionThe No. 1 plant has a magnificent structure, extending 120 meters from east to west, and up to 30 meters wide from north to south, with a total building height of 13.5 meters. The height of the first floor is 7 meters, the height of the second floor is 5 meters, double-layer steel frame structure, with 8 degrees of seismic capacity. The design life of the building is up to 50 years, and it is designed according to the fire hazard classification of Class C factory building, with the fire resistance level reaching the second level above ground. There are 16 spans in the east-west direction, equipped with four 6-meter wide sliding gates, with the gates facing north, and a spacious road in front of the gate with a width of 8 meters. There are two escape staircases and two escape fire doors on each side, as well as two Xio brand passenger elevators. The exterior walls of the plant are made of BOSGER-ZENE metal panels, which provide excellent heat preservation and sealing through the one-piece molding and pressing process. The windows are made of double-layer hollow LOW-E coated glass, which effectively reduces ultraviolet radiation. The first floor is equipped with automatic smoke exhaust windows, while the second floor has a smoke exhaust system to ensure indoor air circulation. As for the lighting system, the upper and lower floors of the plant are equipped with Opple LED lamps to provide a bright working environment. In the structural design, the spacing between the north and south columns is 10 meters, and the spacing between the east and west columns is 7.5 meters, which is convenient for the secondary decoration, building of purification workshop and pipeline laying to meet different production needs. It is a double-layer steel frame structure with seismic resistance of 8 degrees and designed for use for 50 years. The fire hazard is categorized as Class C plant, and the fire-resistance level is Grade II on the ground. The interior of the plant spans 17 spans, with four 6-meter-wide sliding gates, the gate facing south, and the width of the road in front of the gate is 8 meters, which is convenient for vehicles to enter and exit. The east and west sides are each equipped with two escape staircases and two escape fire doors, as well as two 2-ton cargo elevators of Theo brand to meet the needs of vertical transportation of goods and emergency evacuation. The exterior walls and windows are consistent with the 1# plant. In terms of lighting, both upper and lower floors of the plant are installed with Opple LED lamps. Structurally, there are two rows of columns in the center of the first floor, while the second floor is designed without columns and is an open space for flexible layout. The highest part of the plant is equipped with a high level water tank, which guarantees stable water pressure and meets the demand for production and living water. Phase II Planning    Park 2 # 3 # plant belongs to the second phase of construction planning, the second phase of the plant can be customized according to the customer's requirements for the plant, as well as according to the actual situation of the park for the customer's plant. The second phase of the reserved plant building land: 2 # plant length 90 meters wide 30 meters, 3 # plant length 127 meters, width 30 meters.
