The plan includes 7 four-story concrete frame industrial buildings and 2 single-story portal frame steel structures (with partial three-story sections). The project is being developed by Qingdao Dehao Construction and Development Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 320 million yuan. It is positioned to serve as a high-end equipment manufacturing base to drive industrial development in the surrounding areas. 2.
