Located in the Daze Park of the Shenjiang Industrial Park in Daze Town, Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, the Jiangmen Xinhui Wanyang Innovation Hub is a key investment attraction project and major initiative of the Jiangmen Municipal Government. The project is planned to occupy a total land area of approximately 1,000 mu, with a total floor area of about 1.5 million square meters. It will focus on attracting enterprises in smart manufacturing, new energy, electronic information products, machinery manufacturing, automotive parts,smart medical equipment, among others. It aims to establish a pathway for Xinhui’s smart manufacturing and equipment manufacturing sectors and drive the transformation and upgrading of Xinhui’s industries. The project will be developed in two phases. Phase I covers approximately 295 mu of land with a construction area of about 450,000 square meters. It is expected to accommodate 50 small and medium-sized enterprises and create nearly 10,000 jobs.
