Dongguang Artificial Intelligence Valley is an intelligent manufacturing standard factory building project invested and constructed by Dongfang Guangyi Company. The living service area is Building 1, with an area of 69,000 square meters, including two towers and a five-story commercial supporting podium. In order to fully meet the needs of the resident enterprises and the surrounding project life service, it has invested in building a 42,000 square meters, 850 sets of high-quality talent apartments. The rooms are well-decorated according to the standard of "turnkey occupancy" and are fully equipped with all kinds of furniture and home appliances, which can meet the one-stop living needs of all kinds of talents. Due to policy adjustments, the apartments will be included in Chengdu City's guaranteed housing, priced at 90% off the market price, and the application criteria are that there is no housing in Chenghua District and that the apartments are working in the functional area.
