Chengwu Intelligent Cold Chain Logistics Park is a modern, intelligent cold chain logistics park, covering a total area of 362 acres, with a storage capacity of up to 400,000 tons. The park has a 7.5-meter-high high-standard cold storage, with variable-temperature storage, which can realize two professional temperature zones from 5℃ to constant-temperature library freezing -18℃, and adopts advanced computerized automatic temperature-control system, which can satisfy the safe storage needs of various types of food such as meat, seafood, agricultural and sideline products. The base is equipped with perfect processing supporting facilities, providing split workshop and modern three-dimensional warehouse management system, realizing the whole visualization operation, so that customers can grasp the cargo dynamics at any time. The park has an excellent geographical location, only 1 kilometer from the highway intersection, with convenient transportation. The whole base adopts intelligent management mode, equipped with real-time monitoring system, providing one-stop logistics service solutions from warehousing to distribution. In order to meet the logistics needs of different customers, the base provides two flexible modes of cooperation: leasing self-management and leasing hosting services, supporting a combination of long and short-term leasing. The newly-built 60,000 square meters of cold storage can be leased as a whole or in subdivisions, with areas ranging from several hundred to several thousand square meters. The park is equipped with electric loading and unloading platforms and oversized parking lots, which are convenient for all kinds of vehicles to enter and exit, and even 18-meter-long trailers can turn around easily.
