The park features infrastructure such as talent public rental housing (move-in ready), a cafeteria, a gym, a movie theater, shuttle buses, and a supermarket; as well as industrial facilities including a drone flight service platform, a drone testing center, and a hydrogen refueling station;It offers free registration assistance, support for talent relocation to Beijing, Beijing Work and Residence Permits, financial funding, and high-tech enterprise subsidies; it has also established a comprehensive service provider database (covering bookkeeping, intellectual property, high-tech certification, advertising and exhibition services, bank loans, and financing connections). The park has a dedicated highway exit: the Yanqing Science and Technology Park exit on the Beijing-Lhasa Expressway; the sports park is located 500 meters from Yanqing High-Speed Rail Station.
