The Zhaofeng Industrial Development Zone in Shunyi District, Beijing, is located in the western part of Zhaoquanying Town. Established in 2001, the zone has a total planned area of over 5,200 mu, of which more than 4,400 mu has been developed to date.The park has established an industrial development strategy centered on five key sectors: high-end manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, new materials, new information technologies, and new energy. Currently, 45 enterprises are based there, including well-known companies such as Beijing Mercedes-Benz, BAIC Off-Road Vehicles, Ligong Huachuang, Haisteamp, and Wilo Pumps.
