The Suzhou Green Home Furnishings Industrial Park was officially approved for development by the Suzhou Municipal Government in October 2016. The park is planned as a “one core, two zones” layout. The core zone is located east of the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, south of the North Third Ring Road, west of the Yinhé River, and north of the Xinbian River, covering approximately 4.9 square kilometers. It primarily serves as a center for the research and development, production, display, sales, and logistics of end-user products.The two cluster zones are situated in Fuli Town and Shunhe Township, with a total planned area of 36.8 square kilometers, primarily designated for raw materials and supporting facilities. Fuli Town covers 18.6 square kilometers, while Shunhe Township covers 18.2 square kilometers. Currently, the park is home to 33 enterprises above a certain scale and holds 105 brand certifications, including 6 provincial well-known trademarks and 1 China well-known trademark, with an annual industrial output value exceeding 10 billion yuan.
