Park Overview
Construction of the Suzhou Green Home Furnishings Industrial Park began in 2017, with an overall layout comprising “one core, two zones, and one base.” The core zone is located in the northeast corner of downtown Suzhou, with a planned area of 4.9 square kilometers. It primarily attracts industries such as smart home furnishings and high-end whole-home customization, and has already attracted 35 enterprises with annual revenues exceeding 100 million yuan, including TATA High-End Wooden Doors, Kuka Home Furnishings, Boling Home Furnishings, Huangyou Home Furnishings, and Beiyiju. The two cluster zones are situated in Fuli Town and Shunhe Town, covering a planned area of 36.8 square kilometers. Focusing primarily on the wood panel processing industry, they have already attracted enterprises such as Green Oasis Forestry and Dongyi Wood Industry. The “China Green Home Furnishings Industrial Base” is located south of Provincial Highway 303, north of the Sui River, and on both sides of the new National Highway 206, covering an area of approximately 3.3 square kilometers.
Yongqiao District has intensified infrastructure development in the industrial parks, investing 5.47 billion yuan. The 4.9-square-kilometer core area is essentially complete, with 11.8 kilometers of five roads—including North Second Ring Road and Xingchen Road—already built and open to traffic. Supporting infrastructure, including water supply, sewage treatment, electricity, telecommunications, and internet services, is fully in place, and public service facilities are continuously being improved. The district plans to construct 450,000 square meters of standardized factory space; the first phase has already been completed and put into use, and construction has begun on 240,000 square meters of resettlement housing, creating a solid foundation for the development of enterprises within the park.
