Park Overview
I. Park Planning
The Lieshan Economic Development Zone was established in 2000 (with the Liuzhuang Industrial Park covering approximately 0.5 square kilometers). In May 2010, the provincial government approved its designation as a provincial-level economic development zone, with a planned area of 11 square kilometers. It comprises three industrial parks: Qinglongshan Industrial Park, Xincai Industrial Park, and Baodi Industrial Park. Its leading industries include meat processing, machinery manufacturing, and high-tech industries.It was officially approved as a provincial-level development zone in August 2018. In July 2020, following a review by the Anhui Provincial Department of Natural Resources (Wan Ziranzi Yong Han [2020] No. 7), the final approved area was determined to be 7.68 km², encompassing the Xincai Industrial Park and Qinglongshan Industrial Park.In March 2014, a special meeting of the municipal government designated a 5-square-kilometer “park-within-a-park” (South Zone) to be carved out of the Municipal High-Tech Zone, with Lieshan District responsible for its construction and management.

II. Overview of Key Industries and Key Indicators
The leading industries of the Lieshan Economic Development Zone are the automotive manufacturing sector (automotive parts and components manufacturing), the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing sector, and the specialized equipment manufacturing sector. There are currently over 200 enterprises of various types, including 67 industrial enterprises above designated size. In 2024, the zone achieved revenue of 18.3 billion yuan; there were 46 fixed-asset investment projects on record, with 18 new projects added, and fixed-asset investment reached 2.887 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 113.22%.

III. Infrastructure and Supporting Facilities in the Park
The park has achieved full connectivity of primary and secondary roads, with a maturing road network framework ensuring smooth traffic flow. A “seven vertical, eight horizontal” road network has been established (including 3 km of Nantang Road in the South District; 9 km of Taobo Road, Jingyi Road, Jing’er Road, Weiyi Road, Weier Road, and Weisan Road in the Qinglongshan Industrial Park; and 4 km in the Xincai Industrial Park);Approximately 500,000 square meters of standardized factory space has been constructed (including approximately 300,000 square meters in Zones 1 and 2 of the Electronic Information Industrial Park and the Southern District Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park, 125,000 square meters in Zone 3 of the Electronic Information Industrial Park, and 55,000 square meters in Zones 2, 3, and 4 of the Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park); stormwater and sewage systems, water supply, landscaping, and lighting infrastructure have been developed in tandem with the road network;The centralized heating pipeline network was completed in December 2019, achieving full coverage of centralized heating; natural gas is supplied via municipal gas pipelines, with main gas trunk lines laid along major roads to ensure sufficient gas supply for enterprises within the park; one dedicated bus route operates within the park to meet the transportation needs of employees; the main structure of 60,000 square meters of talent apartments has been completed, of which 25,000 square meters have been fully renovated and are ready for occupancy.
