Park Overview
Jointly established by China-Singapore Group and the Chuzhou Municipal Government of Anhui Province, development began in 2012, and it was upgraded to a national-level high-tech industrial development zone in 2020. Located in the eastern part of Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, and adjacent to the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area, the zone has a planned total area of approximately 100 square kilometers. The goal for 2025 is to establish it as a “Demonstration Zone for Industrial Collaboration in the Nanjing Metropolitan Area.”
Its leading industries include high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy, and the digital economy. The zone focuses on developing industrial chains such as smart instruments and meters, automotive parts, photovoltaic modules, and new display materials. By 2024, it is projected to host 210 industrial enterprises above designated size and 135 high-tech enterprises, achieving a total industrial output value exceeding 80 billion yuan.
The zone boasts significant locational and transportation advantages. It is located 50 kilometers from downtown Nanjing, at the intersection of the G40 Shanghai-Xi’an Expressway and the G36 Nanjing-Luohe Expressway. The Nanjing-Chuzhou Intercity Railway (Line S4) provides direct access to Nanjing North Station, enabling a “30-minute commute to Nanjing.” The park is a 15-minute drive from Chuzhou High-Speed Rail Station and offers access to Hefei and Yangzhou within one hour.
The industrial layout follows a “one zone, multiple parks” model, comprising the High-End Equipment Park, New Materials Industrial Park, Digital Economy Innovation Park, and China-Singapore Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park. Drawing on the experience of the “Singapore + Suzhou Industrial Park” model, the park has implemented reforms featuring “standard land plots, a commitment-based system, and full-service agency support.” By 2025, an additional 2,000 mu of industrial land will be added to ensure major projects can “start construction immediately upon land acquisition.”
In terms of infrastructure, 45 smart factories have been established, including 6 national-level green factories, with over 1.8 million square meters of standardized factory space. Supporting facilities include the China-Singapore Wastewater Treatment Plant, a dual-circuit power supply system, and a natural gas pipeline network with a daily supply capacity of 500 million cubic meters.
