The Shanghai Anting Health and Medical Industry Cluster was planned and established with the support of relevant departments of the Shanghai Municipal Government and the Jiading District People’s Government, as well as institutions such as the Second Military Medical University, Tongji University, and the Shanghai Health Technology Association.The first phase of the cluster covers a planned development area of approximately 2,500 mu. Adopting a development model of “one core park alongside several specialized industrial parks advancing in parallel,” the cluster is market-driven by the pressing and growing needs in the social health and medical services sector. Through institutional and service innovation, it aims to create a leading domestic ecosystem for the health and medical industry, establishing itself as a comprehensive hub for modern health and medical industries with significant influence in Shanghai, across China, and internationally, characterized by advanced treatment services in the fields of oncology and cancer.
