The Xiangjiang Smart Valley · Artificial Intelligence Technology City project was established in the Yuelu High-Tech Zone of Changsha in 2019. It is bounded by Meijiang Road to the north, Hanpu Avenue to the south, and Wanglei Avenue to the west,and east to the Changtan West Expressway. With a total planned area of 14.34 square kilometers and a total investment of 50 billion yuan, the project is scheduled for rolling development over 15 years in three phases. The initial development zone covers 1,026 mu, and the land acquisition plan for 360 mu within this zone has been completed, with priority given to the development of 227.6 mu of industrial land.
