Zhejiang (Changshan) Wanyang Innovation City is a joint venture between Wanyang Group and the Changshan County Government. Spanning approximately 930 mu (about 62 hectares) and covering a construction area of roughly 1.3 million square meters, the project will be developed into a green, smart industrial city integrating health and wellness housing, leisure and sports, equipment manufacturing, packaging and new materials, production and living amenities, financial services, and smart park facilities. It is expected to attract 450 enterprises and create 10,000 jobs.
