CEC Xi'an Information Port is located within the Caotan Eco-Industrial Park in the Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone. Situated in the heart of Greater Xi'an's economic center, it is part of one of China's most promising regions for economic development and a core economic zone of the "Belt and Road" initiative.Bordered by the Wei River to the north and the Qin-Han Cultural Belt to the south, the park boasts a unique natural ecological environment.
