The China Construction·Zhilifang Shunde Leliu Industrial Park is an industrial park developed by China Construction International Investment (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. Located in Leliu—the geographical center of Shunde—it sits at the junction of Leliu, Daliang, and Lunjiao, approximately 1 kilometer from the Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangmen-Zhuhai Expressway, offering convenient transportation access. The project covers a total land area of approximately 84 mu, with a total floor area of about 170,000 square meters, and a planned total investment of 1.1 billion yuan.
Construction of the industrial park officially commenced in March 2023. It is planned to attract industries such as general equipment manufacturing, electrical machinery, and equipment manufacturing, aiming to establish a hub for high-quality real economy projects in Shunde—an integrated industrial complex combining manufacturing, technology commercialization, and supporting production facilities.The project successfully reached its topping-out milestone on October 17 and obtained its pre-sale permit. Building 1 is a standalone structure, while Buildings 2 and 3 are planned as high-rise industrial facilities ranging from 500 to 5,000 square meters, with a maximum ceiling height of 7.8 meters. Some units are equipped with 10-ton elevators.
